Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of research capabilities and the ecosystem, benchmarking against trends to inform strategy development and necessary course corrections.
- Spearhead Robotics and Embodied AI roadmapping efforts, refreshing current plans through workshops to guide capability building and translational investments.
- Perform Secretariat functions for Robotics and Embodied AI governing board meetings, engaging stakeholders to shape the agenda toward NRPO’s mission.
- Manage selective strategic projects, ensuring project cadence, deliverables, and outcomes align with NRPO's goals.
- Serve in operational/administrative secondary roles within NRPO on rotation.
Requirements
- Minimum degree with 5-7 years of experience in strategy, planning, and/or policy analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to provide analysis and insights that result in executable plans.
- Strong writing and presentation skills to deliver clear and concise narratives.
- Proven track record of stakeholder coordination and engagement with impactful deliverables.
- Ability to provide timely management updates and escalate issues effectively amidst conflicting priorities.
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure from tight deadlines and dynamic stakeholder changes.
- Strong, proactive ownership of assigned tasks to ensure successful outcomes.
