Key Responsibilities
- Performing problem diagnostics and troubleshooting for electronics, RF comments, or chillers including PCB, power supply, controller, or RF generators.
- Repairing faulty units and conducting functional testing to ensure operational readiness.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to enhance repair success rates, extend part lifetime, and develop robust testing capabilities.
- Performing swing shift duties to support the operations of the Global Parts Solution.
- Involvement in the transformation initiatives enabling a new generation parts repair center through automation and digitalization.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5 years' working experience in a repair workshop setting.
- Ability to perform component-level troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment such as Power supply, controller, PCB, monitor, RF Gen, matches, and Chiller.
- Ability to perform swing shift work schedules.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
