Key Responsibilities
- Maintain SAP Production Order release schedule, ensuring materials are available on time for manufacturing and engineering.
- Reschedule or TECO all work orders as necessary and perform pre-shortage analysis to increase component availability.
- Perform detailed work order variance analysis and review MRP execution for accuracy, reconciling supply and demand.
- Review and ensure the proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) and prepare status reports for all ECOs and ECRs.
- Participate in floor audits with Finance to resolve Work In Progress (WIP) issues and attend production meetings to provide status on material shortages.
- Analyze usage data and stock levels to order parts, maintain inventory targets, and expedite shortages.
- Lead projects in data analysis by designing methods to consolidate diverse data sources and creating visualizations using Tableau.
Requirements
- Specialization in planning activities including production control, inventory control, process control, or Material Resources Planning (MRP) integrity.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain SAP Production Order release schedules.
- Experience performing variance analysis on work orders.
- Proficiency in reviewing MRP execution and validating master scheduling requirements.
- Ability to analyze usage data, stock levels, and resolve material variances.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause identification and corrective action planning.
- Familiarity with production meeting protocols and status reporting.
