Key Responsibilities

- Partner with educational institutions to offer internships, work-study programs, and industry talks focused on technical skill development and career pathways in operations.
- Coach employees for participation in outreach events such as job fairs and career talks.
- Support leadership development and contribute to talent outreach, branding, and hiring under the TAG framework.
- Stay current with learning and development trends, including digital tools, simulations, and industry certifications, to ensure training programs remain innovative and relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Front-End Semiconductor industry.
- Experience in Learning and Organizational Development is an advantage.
- Confident in delivering and facilitating stand-up training; ACLP certification is a plus.
- Skilled in designing and implementing effective learning solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, verbal, and written.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and innovative with a passion for continuous learning and self-development.
