Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Front-End Semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in Learning and Organizational Development is an advantage.
  • Confident in delivering and facilitating stand-up training; ACLP certification is a plus.
  • Skilled in designing and implementing effective learning solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, verbal, and written.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
