Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for AI Program Mgmt, planning for mid to long term horizon at cluster level
- Proactively engage stakeholders to manage production capacity to meet AI demand forecast and resolve supply risk issues
- Drive production capacity optimization across global sites and ensure on time availability of relevant production capacity to meet demand using good planning systematic
- Challenge and justify equipment investment request to achieve Capex optimization
- Identify opportunities and drive process improvement and digitalization
- Ensure good governance to planning processes to ensure compliance
- Generate reports and deliver concise presentations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science /Business with minimum 10 years of experience in a planning role in manufacturing environment, preferably in Semiconductor industry
- Demonstrate strong leadership with program and stakeholder management experience
- Possess good business acumen and strategic thinking to align to business objectives
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- An effective communicator in writing and in presentation at management level.
- Able to work independently and is self-driven with high level of adaptability and resilience in fast-changing and dynamic business environment
