Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across global sites to identify opportunities and deliver holistic solutions to drive continuous improvement in production metrics.
  • Drive global alignment and benchmarking of scheduling and simulation solutions.

Requirements

  • Possess a drive to make a difference and a passion for exploring new frontiers.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science or other quantitative disciplines with strong emphasis on optimization, simulation, and algorithmic problem-solving.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on or experience in factory scheduling, optimization modeling, or simulation in a manufacturing or operations context.
  • Knowledge and experience in optimization (LP, MIP, meta-heuristics) and tools like CPLEX/Gurobi strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in discrete event simulation and reinforcement learning preferred.
  • Direct experience with factory scheduling preferred.
  • Able and willing to travel overseas
