Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with collecting production data to support variability reduction and manufacturing process improvement.
- Perform routine data checks and basic analysis using defined methods or templates provided by engineering.
- Support yield ramp and quality monitoring activities by preparing data sets and performing preliminary reviews for abnormalities.
- Provide hands on support during production issue investigations by gathering information, running predefined tests, and consolidating results for engineering review.
- Partner with process, test, product, and quality teams by supporting communication flow and preparing required data or checklists.
- Assist in executing activities related to Defense Line enhancement and process variability reduction under engineer guidance.
- Complete assigned tasks to support line stability improvements, feeding observations and measurements back to engineers.
- Organize analysis results and compile documentation with clear next steps as directed by engineers, ensuring timely progress toward project milestones.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of assigned tasks, supporting structured reporting.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent technical certification in engineering or related fields.
- Good understanding and experience of semiconductor processes (frontend and/or backend).
- Able to perform basic data extraction and familiarity with data analysis tools or programming tools.
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across teams and follow structured workflows.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem solving attitude.
- Self motivated, dependable, and able to work within defined processes.
- Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Able to work on 12 hours shift.
