Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating of maintenance and calibration activities and/or performing breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and calibration activities for production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operations
  • Conduct the necessary equipment and tool setup in molding machines to meet production requirements, ensuring optimal performance
  • Perform process or equipment troubleshooting and assist the engineering team with validation activities to resolve any operational issues
  • Accurately document and record all maintenance and calibration activities as required for production equipment, ensuring full compliance with operational standards
  • Adhere to standard maintenance and operating procedures, GMP, 5S practices, and Health and Safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adapting existing maintenance methods and schedules to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Support other departments in ensuring that new projects and equipment are delivered, installed, and maintained on time and to the highest standard
  • Perform any other tasks or duties as required to support the team and operations

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and devices
  • Ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings
