Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle ERP (EBS/Cloud) implementation projects from planning to go-live

Requirements
- 12-18 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support
- Deep expertise in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM)
- Proven experience in leading at least 5 full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and HR
- Experience with Oracle tools: SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, SOA Suite
- Excellent project management skills, with PMP certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Cloud) preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
- Experience in consulting or professional services environment
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (SOX, GDPR) is a plus
