Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner for APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites.
- Consolidate and rationalize Package Health requirements to ensure consistency, reuse, and scalability.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization aligned with APTD strategy and business value.
- Define clear business requirements, epics, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Balance global standardization with site-specific needs through structured trade-off decisions.
- Own end-to-end project execution for APTD Package Health initiatives, from concept through deployment and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers across multiple sites and stakeholders.
- Drive execution discipline by tracking scope, schedule, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics, and system owners) to ensure timely and predictable delivery.
- Drive adoption of new and existing systems, including MES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Program/Project Analyst, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in product ownership and project management, including backlog management, planning, and execution tracking.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management across multiple sites.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and system requirements.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with semiconductor assembly/test flows and Package Health concepts.
- Experience working with MES, manufacturing data platforms, or analytics ecosystems.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience working with central IT organizations and agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
