Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site customer support, including installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor process, preferably in Epitaxy process.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build consensus among project stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site at the customer's location daily (North site mentioned).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
