Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (Flows), and Power BI dashboards/reports.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and external data sources.
- Develop and manage custom connectors, APIs, and plugins where required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and provide support for existing Power Platform applications.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform updates, features, and licensing changes.
- Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and user training materials.
Requirements
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SQL, or other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, JavaScript, and Azure services (preferred).
- Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using tools such as Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of security roles, data policies, and governance within Power Platform.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
