  • Provide monthly cost reclassification forecasts and actively drive actual cost recovery.
  • Proactively monitor high‑cost material usage during IQ and warranty phases and drive timely closure.
  • Coordinate global service resource allocation based on operational priorities and business demand.
  • Partner with Regional Service Managers to support ramp readiness and staffing at key customer sites, including advanced fab ramps.
  • Align FIT team scheduling with strategic customer programs and key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant field service and field operations experience in the electronic or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor process equipment support and installation requirements, including spare parts, tooling, training, and documentation.
  • Proven project management and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.
  • Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Project Management in a semiconductor environment.
  • Operational knowledge of the full process flow from system booking through build, installation qualification, sign‑off, and warranty.
  • Familiarity with ASM equipment platforms and internal processes.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.
  • Strong professional presence with the confidence to influence without direct authority.
