Key Responsibilities

- Good knowledge of the high technology or semiconductor industry.
- Experience in matrixed organizations, strategic operations, and project management.
- Proven experience structuring and negotiating partnership deals (e.g., NDAs, research collaboration agreements, MOUs).
- Ability to work across time zones in multi-functional global teams.
