- Handle spare parts, budgets, and vendor relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
- 8–12+ years semiconductor equipment experience; 3–5+ years leadership
- Strong knowledge of frontend fab or backend toolsets and reliability engineering
- Proficient in SPC, FDC, and equipment analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Lean/Six Sigma/TPM experience is an advantage
