Key Responsibilities
- This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment.
- The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors.
- The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.
- Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.
Requirements
- Learning Outcomes: 1) Gain a deeper understanding of the private credit market.
- 2) Gain a deeper understanding of the entire capital spectrum ranging from senior debt to straight equity and the role of private credit/mezzanine instruments in a company’s capital structure.
- 4) Sharpen investment analysis and financial modelling skills.
