Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Strong understanding of BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens).
- Familiarity with smart building technologies and IoT integration.
- Experience in high-rise, data centres, airport, higher education, healthcare, life science or industrial projects.
- Green building certifications (e.g., LEED, BCA Green Mark).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity in building systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
