Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize review materials, reminders, and follow-up actions for performance reviews.
- Support data collation and ensure accurate record keeping in HR systems.
- Help with administrative tasks, including filing, tracking documents, and updating HR records.
- Support the TA team with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as required.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment activities.
- Support ongoing or ad-hoc HR initiatives and events.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in HR operations and recruitment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
