Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the shift maintenance team for front-end module equipment, ensuring effective execution of daily tasks.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, electronics and control systems of process module tools.
- Assist in planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance for assigned equipment.
- Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
- Work closely with vendors, process engineers and internal support teams to resolve escalated equipment issues and improve tool performance.
- Analyze equipment and maintenance data (downtime, MTBF, MTTR, recurring faults) and prepare accurate shift reports.
- Support and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, availability and throughput.
- Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, EHS requirements and all safety procedures during maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Hands-on experience with front-end process equipment and control systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in shift-based support, team coordination or leadership roles.
- Good analytical, documentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able and willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment.
