Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including interventionalists, nurses, and KOLs.
  • Provide education on the company's products and services to staff and physicians.
  • Offer technical case support to customers, providing the best clinical solutions for patients and customers.
  • Conduct market research on customer and competitor activities.
  • Implement market development plans and strategies as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback regarding new products or modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of medical device sales experience (preferably).
  • Clinical experience in the interventional suite and/or hospital environment.
  • Experience selling high physician preference medical devices, preferably in endovascular or neurovascular spaces (catheter based).
  • Proven track record of results in medical sales and training.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and sales skills.
