Key Responsibilities
- Supervise employees involved in production and operation functions, including assembly, inspection, test, and final testing of capital equipment components.
- Prioritize production schedules based on manpower availability, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.

- Understanding of manufacturing processes for capital equipment or complex systems.
- Ability to drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives through corrective action.
