Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee BMS, Fire, and Security projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering within BMS, Fire, or Security systems.
- Strong knowledge of BMS, Fire Alarm, and Security system design and installation.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for reading and modifying drawings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites occasionally.
