Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance planning and scheduling department that provides asset management, maintenance & calibration adherence, technical support on CMMS for site equipment
- Support maintenance planning, scheduling and execution
- Support consistent global asset management and maintenance practices throughout sites
- Function as a technical expert to Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) regarding process flow, troubleshooting system issues and point of contact during compliance inspections
- Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems
- Supports the development and career aspiration of direct reports
- Assure the appropriate level of trainings such as cGMP’s, technical, SOP’s, compliance trainings and maintain records for staff
- Focus staff on high value operational excellence activities in support of strategic goals
- Work closely with clients and support groups in a team based collaborative environment
- Oversee the development, revision, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures/Job Plans that are owned by the maintenance department
- Support project engineering in the justification, prioritization, and coordination of manufacturing projects
Requirements
- Competence in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) application structure and workflow process
- Preferably with Maximo system (CMMS)
- Ability to run specific metrics each month
- Ability to develop, review and validate metrics generated by IFM / ISP partners
- Ability to review and provide detailed analysis of CMMS data
- Ability to sit on project teams and provides SME advice and direction for Asset management
- Experience managing maintenance planning and scheduling department
- Technical expertise in CMMS process flow and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting capital projects and CMMS master data development
- Experience in compliance training (cGMP, SOP) and training record maintenance
- Experience in talent management, staff development, and performance coaching
- Experience in SOP/Job Plan development, review, and approval
- Experience collaborating with Compliance and Quality Assurance departments
- Experience in innovation and technology advancement for planning & scheduling processes
- Experience coordinating maintenance activities with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating with key customers and support groups regarding maintenance activities
