Key Responsibilities

- Lead the team to meet defined targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Work closely and collaboratively with relevant functions to meet/exceed customer expectation

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Maximize labor utilization and flexibility through cross training for supporting business needs
- Implement LEAN to the applicable processes within the cells
- Ensure effective flowdown of company information to the team
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in first line management or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years or related working experience
- Familiarity with company policies/processes and legal guidelines of the aviation field
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in LEAN concepts
