Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize techniques to characterize hardware, define methods, and apply new technologies for complex system characterization within safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized engineering discipline.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for product or process improvement.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to lead the resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Strong analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in BEOL optics or semiconductor fabrication is preferred.
