Key Responsibilities

- Design, execute, and analyze results from Design of Experiments (DOE) to solve complex process engineering issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement mitigation plans for yield or performance problems.
- Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments for multiple products within safety guidelines.
- Utilize techniques to characterize hardware, define methods, and apply new technologies for complex system characterization within safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Demonstrated depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized engineering discipline.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for product or process improvement.
- Proven problem-solving skills to lead the resolution of complex technical issues.
- Strong analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in BEOL optics or semiconductor fabrication is preferred.
