Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the relationship with sales/marketing/operation team, develop Singapore and Indonesia Workstation business through thoughtful business strategy, planning and execution.

  • Conducts quarterly business reviews with Workstation Specialized Partner (WSP) to identify and develop new selling opportunities.
  • High touch with in-country stakeholders and Sales team, key enterprise customers, business partners, Strategic Alliances and ISVs to drive business strategy execution.
  • Weekly interlock with GTAP Workstation Lead and keep regular business connection.

Requirements

  • 10+years above experience in successfully direct B2B selling experience.
  • Understanding the dynamic Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry (AEC), High-tech manufacturing, Media & Entertainment Industry (M&E), and distribution business.
  • Experience in business development especially commercial products and established network and connections in similar industry are preferred.
  • Strong inter-personal and communications skills with excellent presentation skills to CXO level.
  • Candidate must have extensive experience selling primarily in the Malaysia market. Indonesia and the Philippines market is a plus.
  • Team player, proactive and a self-motivator with a strong drive for success.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking is preferred.
