Key Responsibilities

Ensure audits action closure, preparation and follow up are sustainable
Lead, develop and implement Singapore refinery IMS
Prepare and facilitate annual Management Review, support the Management Representative, follow up annual Management Review recommendations and track area of improvement closure
Be the NMS Space-owner and liaise with the cross functional team on QMS activities
Review quarterly Legal Register related to Health, Safety, Environmental legal requirements & ISO Standards
Own Singapore refinery NCR System, processing of NCR reportings, programs owner and be its user administrator
Lead & drive Near Miss reporting program such as data trending, analysis, proposals and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions
Own and manage the Incident Learning processes to ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory & site requirements
Participate in incident investigations as Safety SME or as team leader

Requirements

Minimum 8 years safety working experience in petrochemical or chemical industry
Bachelor’s Degree in chemical / process / process safety engineering
Strong understanding and knowledge to lead, support, implement and operationalise IMS to the workforce
Able to effectively lead organization in audit preparations, execution, follow up closure and analysis of long term effectiveness
Ability to interpret corporate and regulatory requirements and effectively translate them into practical, organization-specific solutions
Experienced incident investigation leader or facilitator
Strong communication, writing and analytical skill
Masters Degree in a related field is highly desired
Registered WSHO is an added advantage
Transdisciplinary thinking, lifelong learning and digital literacy
Pass a health examination including a drug test
Ability to obtain a security clearance
