Key Responsibilities

Influence Product Service Life Cycle (SLC) to optimize KLA’s service business

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
Expertise in basic Microsoft software packages
Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to various audiences
Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and techniques
Capital equipment experience in KLA Instruments or similar semiconductor industry
Understanding of Python, Power Bi, SQL Server, and Excel
Project management experience across multiple subject areas
Demonstrated experience with manufacturing control systems (ERP, PLM, etc.) and customer management systems (CRM)
Comfortable with data analysis to research problems and determine required data
MS Project and Visio experience
