Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects with deep understanding of the IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.)
  • Define IAM strategies and frameworks that support business objectives and align with regulatory requirements
  • Design IAM architectures (covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory solutions) and technical designs aligned with enterprise security, Zero Trust, and cloud transformation strategies
  • Develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns, and reference architectures integrating modern identity solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
  • Understand business requirements, gather and translate those into system requirements
  • Develop identity management governance plans
  • Customize IDM product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality
  • Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for associated projects
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation as required by the customer from time to time
  • Provide solutions for platform stability, functional defects and any new enhancements
  • Support sales and business development through proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering technical depth and delivery excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with IAM suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc), Virtual Directory, Identity Federation
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft etc
  • Professional certifications – Relevant cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc )
  • Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL
  • Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff
  • Working knowledge of Red hat Enterprise Linux, Windows OS
  • Hands-on on running and developing queries to fetch data in the Production environment
  • Demonstrated track record as a team player
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript, enabling customization and integration of IAM solutions
  • Understanding of the current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
