Key Responsibilities
- Empanel assigned and/or self-sourced companies into the Workplace Banking portfolio with the primary aim of onboarding company employees into the Workplace Banking programme for salary crediting with UOB and cross-selling of other bank products.
- Drive profitable AUM volume growth from existing and new customers by proactively engaging, understanding and meeting their needs with the full range of UOB retail banking products.
- Collaborate with Corporate RMs to introduce Workplace Banking value propositions to senior stakeholders and key decision makers from referred corporations.
- Work closely with Customer Value Proposition Manager and Marketing Manager to customize and design differentiated package offerings for specific companies.
- Work closely with acquisition managers and product specialists from various sales teams to maximize overall product cross-selling at Workplace Banking events.
Requirements
