Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Fare Operations Officers in PSM reconciliation, card ticketing operations, and PTC fare evasion administration for NSEWL, CCL, and BPLRT
- Perform and manage cash float reconciliation function
- Provide operational reporting and updates to Senior Executive, Revenue Operations and Manager, Revenue Operations
- Supervise and guide Fare Operations Officers in reconciliation of cash returned to cash handling contractor against PSM shift-end reports
- Raise any cash or card discrepancies for follow-up with stations or cash handling contractor
- Generate monthly PSM report and other monthly statistics on related operations
- Reconcile Penalty Fee and Notice of Offence collected by stations and report to Manager, Revenue Ops
- Tabulate Fare Evasion statistics to Authorities
- Perform periodical updates to work instructions, circulars and Automatic Fare Collection Manual
Requirements
- GCE 'A' level / Diploma
- Experience in cash reconciliation or financial accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Good with numbers and basic understanding of financial accounting processes
- IT savvy with enterprise systems and digital systems
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Meticulous and able to work under stress and tight deadlines
