Key Responsibilities
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
- Drive efforts between Test Key Equipment Group (KEG) and Sites for new technology integration and issues resolution.
- Coordination of global continuous improvement efforts for manufacturing/equipment processes and capabilities to deliver industry best in class (BIC) methods.
- Drive the deployment efforts to transfer best known process methods (BKMs) and the latest process technology throughout the global manufacturing network.
- Lead global peer groups to optimize manufacturing performance and align this across the manufacturing network.
- Work with peer groups and customers to benchmark these metrics to improve performance in the network for BIC processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and develop systems to optimize the process to increase overall efficiency for improved yield, quality, cycle time and cost.
- Facilitate the transfer of process BKMs and new technology among sites throughout the manufacturing network through worldwide project management.
- Manage projects from definition through first of kind deployment into HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) production.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet speed performance, mechanical form/fit/function, and material interface requirements.
- Analyze cost structure of a technology and identify appropriate actions to minimize cost of operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
- 0 - 2 years of working experience
- Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter Master data management and/or Critical Manufacturing MES systems and processes would be advantageous.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and manufacturing software support systems (MAM, SAP, etc.).
- General understanding of the backend operations for component assembly, component test operations.
- Has depth of understanding and ability to manage worldwide business process. Can take a business process approach in worldwide networks.
- Has agility to manage and execute prioritized action items from both tactical and strategic point of views.
- Experience in SharePoint list management and in writing optimized SQL queries.
- Experience in Data Visualization tools and libraries like Tableau, Power BI would be advantageous.
- Experience in Python would be advantageous.
