Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to KYC/AML requirements and internal risk management frameworks during client onboarding and ongoing engagements
  • Provide guidance on complex compliance issues and regulatory changes impacting clients

Requirements

  • Holds a university degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Business, Law, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 7 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and sound analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with clients who primarily use these languages
  • CSIS certification (or equivalent) preferred; candidates currently pursuing CSIS courses are also encouraged to apply
  • Effective leader who can manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
