Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with industry partners to gather and define problem statements, translating operational challenges into actionable design requirements.

- Oversee the implementation of mechanical systems on manufacturing floors, ensuring designs meet performance and reliability standards.
- Operate autonomously in industry engagement, design ideation, and technical execution while mentoring junior designers.
Requirements
- 3 years or more of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering.
- Strong and in-depth technical knowledge in robotics and automation.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T principles.
- Solid understanding and practical experience in mechanism design and analysis, including serial and parallel kinematic mechanisms.
- Working knowledge of precision machine design principles.
- Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks/Solid Edge) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
