Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support equipment readiness in an individual contributor or management capacity
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
- Execute maintenance and tool support to ensure high equipment readiness
- Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime
- Analyze and monitor technical charts related to equipment performance
- Drive equipment improvement plans and projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety practices and proper custody of tools and equipment
- Perform activities in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to EHS&S requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor wafer fabrication industry
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve complex technical problems
- Ability to perform Normal / Swing Shift schedules
