Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years relevant experience in a Chemical/Wafer Fab manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of process safety, unit operations, thermodynamics, and process control.
  • Experience with engineering tools (e.g., Aspen Plus/HYSYS, AutoCAD, PI, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive technical decisions.
