Key Responsibilities
- Implement and adapt training plans for production areas, ensuring objectives are met. Analyze training reports and forecast staffing/training needs based on business priorities.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and curate innovative training solutions to enhance both technical and soft skills. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging content.
- Develop and maintain On-The-Job Training (OJT) resources. Ensure training materials are current, effective, and accessible.
- Curate new hire onboarding program and provide training support to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process and technical training effectiveness.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned programs. Document business processes, identify gaps, and recommend interventions for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide team members through regular feedback, career development discussions, and one-on-one meetings. Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and growth.
- Advise team members on career paths and development options. Support performance management processes, including planning, appraisal, and recognition activities.
- Manage training data using digital and AI tools. Create, publish, and refresh reports for key stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Work with internal and external partners to optimize training strategies and resources. Act as a consultant to stakeholders, providing expertise on workforce development solutions.
- Facilitate change management activities, support communication plans, and ensure successful program integration into site processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or relevant field of studies
- Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire, mentor, and develop team members.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and document control systems.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron
