Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day processing of the PTP cycle (Procurement to Payments)
  • Review accuracy and completeness of Purchase requisitions (PR)/ Purchase orders (PO) raised by Business Units in ARIBA platform.
  • Review and approve GFS's pre-coding for vendor non-PO invoices in SWIFT Fiori platform.
  • Raise Service Now requests to GFS for vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and check details of payment proposals as scheduled and when necessary.
  • Work closely with GFS to coordinate and support the execution of payments in a timely manner.
  • Support any vendor maintenance related matters to ensure completeness and accuracy of the master data.
  • Extracting and preparing monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Provide guidance & address Business Unit's queries in relation to the PTP cycle.
  • Prepare allocation workings for firm wide costs based on reasonable basis.
  • Prepare reclassification journals.

Requirements

  • A recognised degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications such as ACCA.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Finance.
  • Experience in using computerized accounting packages such as SAP is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft office tools knowledge particularly with MS Excel.
  • Must have a good understanding of basic concepts and able to apply in day-to-day use.
  • Knowledge on GST input tax rules.
  • Possess problem solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative in undertaking ad hoc tasks assigned periodically.
