Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for site stakeholders, providing critical 24x7 on-call rotational support (on-site or remote) to troubleshoot high-priority manufacturing applications.
- Spearhead end-to-end incident management, maintaining close coordination and communication with end users and site business stakeholders during major P1/P2 incidents.
- Collaborate with the global IT team across different locations and time zones, supporting and monitoring the quality of IT service ticket closures, validating resolution proposals, and performing necessary testing.
- Support new IT initiatives, product/system rollouts, and Go-Live events at the site, ensuring adherence to Roche's IT quality policies and SOPs.
- Support the application/system lifecycle, acting as a subject matter expert on IT technical requests during GMP audits and planned/unplanned events.
Requirements
- You hold a BS or higher degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration or an equivalent degree with 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or IT/OT fields.
- You have solid experience with either SAP (ERP, S/4 HANA) and EWM (e.g., Plan to Delivery Product, Plan to Retire Asset) or Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Experience with MES (e.g., Rockwell PharmaSuite) is strongly desirable.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support critical, continuous manufacturing operations.
- Good to have: Knowledge of LIMS, Enterprise Service Bus (e.g., Mulesoft, Solace), scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script), BI tools (e.g., Tableau), relational database management systems, and robotic automation.
- Good to have: Knowledge about design, implementation, commissioning, qualification/validation, maintenance of systems, Windows Server Administration, SQL Databases, Data Integrity concepts.
