Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of cycle time metrics, dashboards, and reports to enable performance visibility and decision-making.

- Participate in cycle time improvement projects by supporting root cause analysis, documentation, and action tracking under guidance from senior engineers/managers.
- Learn and apply standard cycle time methodologies, metric definitions, and best-known methods (BKM) used across the network.
- Support preparation of materials for regular cycle time performance reviews and working meetings with site and central teams.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Planning) to understand backend manufacturing processes and business needs.
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing to support standardization and capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related discipline.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in manufacturing operations, automation, or advanced analytics. Internship or academic projects related to manufacturing, operations, data analytics, or process improvements are preferred.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or continuous improvement concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Exposure to SQL or Python through coursework, projects, or self-learning is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical thinking; ability to interpret data and ask the right questions.
- Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts will be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong learning mindset with curiosity to explore new tools, methodologies, and manufacturing concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
