Key Responsibilities
- Lead implant process development for advanced technology nodes, including recipe optimization, equipment capability enhancement, and defect reduction

- Work closely with equipment vendors to evaluate new hardware and software solutions for implant processes
- Document and present findings to cross-functional teams and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or any related field
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in semiconductor process development, with strong expertise in Ion Implant
- Solid understanding of device physics, dopant profiles, and implant-related defect mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with implant equipment and process characterization tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
