  • Track and manage BE capacity ramp related KPIs by utilizing data to identify trends, opportunities, areas for improvement and reports to measure performance against KPIs
  • Generate management reports and drive for performance improvement and gap closure
  • Challenge and justify equipment investment request focus on test platforms to achieve CapEx optimization and drive for good planning and forecast accuracy
  • Drive production capacity through equipment optimization across global sites
  • Play a leading role for projects to improve internal processes, and to optimize and harmonize planning processes and tools across global sites
  • Establish clear global guidelines and good governance processes to ensure compliance. Drive review to ensure timely updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science / Business with minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Semiconductor industry
  • An individual who has strong work ethic, who is highly self-driven, proactive with high adaptability to changing environment, and able to deliver management reports on tight deadlines
  • Possess solid business acumen, analytical ability, problem-solving skills with some project management experience
  • Able to work well both independently and work as a team – collaborate with cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse cultures efficiently and effectively
  • Experience in Data analytics tool, Tableau and Knowledge of planning and supply chain process & tool such as S&OP will be an advantage
