Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in electronics design, creating schematics for digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics.
  • Develop power electronics, analogue/digital, and microcontroller-based electronic circuits for industrial applications.
  • Design embedded systems including A/D, D/A converters, high-speed Microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and various I/O communications (CAN, SPI, I2C, RS485, Ethernet, etc.).
  • Produce detailed engineering documentation such as design schematics, layout guidelines, PCB layouts, tolerance analysis, FMEA, and failure analysis reports.
  • Ensure all designs meet functional requirements regarding performance, reliability, DFM, cost, and compliance with international standards (e.g., IEC, UL, EMC).
  • Identify potential project risks, propose mitigations, and evaluate requirements concerning performance, quality, time, and cost.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the design and development of Electronics Hardware circuits and systems.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Power Electronics, Motor Drive, Battery Management, Analogue, Digital, and Sensing technology.
  • Experience with embedded microcontroller-based platforms (8/16-bit/ARM Cortex).
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
