Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with global Diabetes strategy and regional priorities

- Drive launch excellence for new products, indications, and digital / service solutions

- Oversee pricing, contracting, and reimbursement strategies in partnership with Market Access
- Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, distributors, and strategic partners
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of senior commercial leaders and country managers
- Partner closely with Medical, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR to deliver integrated business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; background in life sciences, business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience in healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceuticals
- Proven senior leadership experience with P&L ownership (large, complex regional business scale)
- Strong track record of driving growth in complex, multi‑country or emerging market regions
- Experience in Diabetes or chronic care businesses is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing direct and indirect / distributor‑based business models
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution
- Deep commercial acumen: sales excellence, marketing, pricing, and market access understanding
- Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, global organization
