Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Integrate ServiceNow with core banking systems, payment gateways, and financial applications
  • Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning
  • Maintain CMDB, service catalog, and knowledge base integrity
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders
  • Develop solution designs aligned with financial services regulatory requirements
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and internal governance
  • Manage change, incident, and problem management processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
  • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow in banking or financial services environments
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideAPI, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
  • Familiarity with financial services regulations (e.g., MAS, GDPR, SOX)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in hybrid or client-site consulting environments
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
