Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and train a team of Wafer Fab Operators and Technicians to achieve daily production output targets and maintain Key Performance Indices.

  • Drive Quality and Productivity improvement projects through Lean initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-module and cross-fab improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Manufacturing)
  • Prior relevant working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
  • Proven experience in various stakeholder management and project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
