Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and train a team of Wafer Fab Operators and Technicians to achieve daily production output targets and maintain Key Performance Indices.
- Optimize Work In Progress (WIP) management to maximize throughput and linearity.
- Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity and plan training to increase shift deployment flexibility.

- Collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve complex line issues and implement temporary solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain Data Integrity.
- Collaborate with Support groups (IE and Engineering) to incorporate accurate assumptions, constraints, and Unit Per Hour (UPH) into capacity modeling.
- Drive Quality and Productivity improvement projects through Lean initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to cross-module and cross-fab improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Manufacturing)
- Prior relevant working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
- Proven experience in various stakeholder management and project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
