Key Responsibilities
- As a shift lead in daily operation related to any cleanroom environment issues.
- Work and align with module to troubleshoot the source of contamination for any AMC & mechanical alarms.
- Analysis of charts to identify the root cause of contamination for any uptick or baseline drift that would be caused by internal or external.
- Lead and guide the technician/ operator to perform activities other than routine job.
- Prepare incident report with root cause finding for any AMC & mechanical alarms.
- Escalate to modules for environmental CAS activation based on the defined alarm escalation guideline if any AMC & Mech alarm triggered.
- Ensure hardware & software of monitoring systems are performing normally and taking appropriate action proactively to resolve issues with the system.
- Plan & follow up the annual calibration & PM arrangement of AMC systems and Mini-E measurement tools with vendor.
- Perform hardware parts change and replacement for AMC detection systems.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
