Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in developing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with key business priorities to unlock value.
- Support the development of IT Operating Models, defining strategic aims, roles, governance, processes, and controls for the IT function.
- Assess application landscapes and define target state architectures and platform roadmaps to meet business objectives.
- Guide clients on deploying next-generation technologies to enhance their value proposition.
- Shape major IT Transformation programs and run the Transformation Office for business and technology initiatives.
- Support large international M&A deals, covering due diligence, Day 1 strategy, operating model design, and post-merger optimization.
- Advise clients on optimizing service delivery models through IT Sourcing strategies.

- Proven experience in technology strategy and transformation within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is implied by role context.
