Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage past investment banking or related experience to enhance Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) execution and capital raising capabilities and contribute to building Citi's franchise

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate and investment banking
  • Demonstrated transactional experience in M&A and capital raising
  • Experience in the FIG (Financial Institutions Group) sector
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in APAC markets
