Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy RFID solutions using Zebra FX Readers, Zebra MotionWorks, and related technologies.
- Implement and maintain BLE and UWB tracking systems for asset and personnel management.
- Integrate and manage Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) such as Geek+, Standard Robots, and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and integration with networking basics and Linux/Unix environments.
- Troubleshoot and maintain automation hardware/software systems.
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IoT integration, smart factory solutions, and data-driven automation.
- Document processes and provide clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in factory automation or industrial IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of RFID technologies, Zebra solutions, and FX Readers.
- Familiarity with AMRs (Geek+, Standard Robots) and warehouse automation.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix systems.
- Knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Ubisense, HID, and advanced tracking systems.
- Exposure to Zebra MotionWorks and integration with ERP/WMS systems.
- Basic scripting or automation skills in Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, smart sensors, edge computing, and data analytics.
